Tailgating with the Yinzer Supper Cllub

Yinzer Supper Club is still going strong.

 

It seems that since time goes faster...our dinners approach super quickly nowadays!  Our June supper club was tailgating and then heading over to watch the Pittsburgh Pirates!

When you have a theme of "Yinzer's take on Tailgating" the food and booze is sure to be top notch! I made an amazing batch of breakfast tacos, we have great sides, chocolate covered cherries (that had been soaked in booze), hashbrown casserole...tons of beer and tropical mimosas!

Did I mention that it was an afternoon game so we totally made it a brunch menu!

I love our group...I love when we come up with amazing themes and see what our cooking skills can create!

Summer slows our group down a bit with everyone traveling but next up is August's adventure to Kylie's camp and I am sure it will be a sweaty boozy good time!

I used The Pioneer Woman's Breakfast Taco recipe, swapped out bacon for sausage and used frozen hash brown potatoes. Delicious!
