When you can't afford a vacation...pick up a book

I am thinking this might be the summer I take a lot of mini escapes through books. 
I enjoyed my last read so much I am headed to the library tomorrow to pick up more books (or at least them get them on my book reserve list) by the author.  

A Hundred Summers by Beatriz Williams was a great read. I couldn't put it down.  I need someone to read it so I can talk about the ending. 

The only thing about this book is...it makes me want to take a trip back in time and live a whole different life during a whole different time (if only for a little bit).
