Life at the KOA

Roxie did pretty wonderfully on her first Pam101 family maiden voyage. If only her walls could tell the stories of her previous adventures.

Life at the West Des Moines KOA was pretty sweet. We had great weather, nice neighbors (thanks Dennis and Connie for letting me borrow a sleeping bag after telling you we were so unprepared for cool night weather), Lucy enjoyed the pool and playground, she made friends, we made campfires and ate hot dogs and smores, we played Yhatzee and cards.

Staying at a KOA was a great way to kick off Roxie's and Pam101's adventure journal!
