I have said this movie reminds me of either politics or
religion. Simply put, you shouldn’t
discuss it. Because people are so set in their opinions on this film, that it seems pointless to try and discuss it. You
either love it or hate it. If you love the books- you love it. If you haven’t
read the books- then you probably hate it.
If you don’t like the idea of a women exploring her sexuality/sensuality-
then you probably hate it. if you think this is "abuse" then you're wrong. If you were a
fan of the guy from Sons of Anarchy- then you hate it.
Pam101- didn’t really care what actors got the lead roles of
Ana and Christian.
My review of this film, which as of today, I have seen 2
times is…I love it. But then again, I
loved the books. Sure the books are ridiculously far-fetched. We all know this. But then again that is what
fiction is. Make believe, fantasy, an
escape from our everyday lives. I like
to escape normal life, who wouldn’t want to have a billionaire want them desperately?
I went on Thursday night to an 8pm show solo because I knew
myself well enough to know that there was NO WAY I would be able to wait until
my Sunday movie date with my co-workers to see this hot novel come to life on
screen. I loved it the first time I saw
it…and I loved it the second time I saw it.
And when I see it a third time with Boo, I am sure I will love it even
more (because everything is better with her).
