Every morning my BFF ( since 8th grade) and I talk on the phone.  It is a great way to catch up and both of us kill 30 minutes of our drive.  Phone call usually ends with Dana saying, "Ok, I am school, talk with you later." It's a routine I love.  

Sure, there are days when neither of us having nothing new. I mean...the only thing in my life is a cat and what more is there to say about her. (PS- she did hack up a hair ball last night, nasty shit).

BUT!

Today, Dana dropped a brilliant bomb on me. A super fantastic party idea she heard about. 

A FAVORITE THINGS PARTY!  Here is what you do...get some girlfriends together, Set a budget on what gifts should be, like $5-$10.00 and then each of you go out and buy one of your favorite things in that price range for every gal who will be at the party. Example: I love Philosophy lip gloss, I love Sally Hanson Complete Salon Manicure nail polish, and I love cheap wine. All of those items come in under $10.00! 

All your BFF's show up and you all get gifts! All you need is someone who can mock Oprah and her brilliance! 

I told Dana...either she is hosting this party or I am. She is!
