Life in Roxie- Amish Edition

We had rain two times on this trip.
The first night it rained...so no camp fire.
Second day, early evening...one hell of a rainstorm rolled through.
Roxie held her own.
She kept us snug as a bug.
Thank you to Gateway Wines for letting us borrow an extension cord. Because of them we stayed nice and warm when it dipped into the low 40's on Saturday night.
Roxie is charming, cozy and perfect for weekend escapes.
Roxie might get a bit of an ego because she hears compliments from a lot of people. Some strangers even take her photo.  She doesn't mind though.

Roxie rocks!

The one thing Roxie doesn't have is...a lock on the inside. So, we call this the RedNeck lock.  And I need to learn how to make a good knot since this is just wrapped around the handle.  And that is my broom...which I use all to often.
This little picnic was during the major rainstorm we had.  We were perfectly content.
I insisted we have a fire. Spice was being a team player. It was very cold.

Working on my homeless person Halloween costume.
Coffee time.

Breakfast of champions.
Thank you Mr. Spice for letting us borrow a lock.
