it's because I bought a couch

When I moved into my new lovely and perfectly charming home in Pittsburgh...I bought a couch. 

I bought a couch at Ikea and because I bought a couch I got a $150 gift card from them. 

I have been holding onto that gift card for just the right moment. 

And yesterday was the right moment.

With Boo coming to town, and with me throwing her an amazing dinner party, I knew I needed some things.  (Well, I know I need "nothing" but then again when have i ever listed to what I know).

Anyway.

I got my cart and I just went to town. 

Candles- YES!
Vases- YES YES!
Soup Bowls (but not using them for soup)- OMG, YES!
More Vases- YES YES YES!
Glass bottles for water, just like in Paris,- WHY NOT!

So, needless to say I polished that gift card off. 

Now...time to put it all away.
