Speaking of ambitious!

Pam101 spent three hours in Joann's fabric last night.

What was I doing other than telling Lucy and Will to get out of fabric samples and to put their shoes back on?

Picking out fabric to reupholster the cushions and create new curtains for my "needs to still be named" vintage Shasta camper.

Oh and I was also picking up some bits and pieces for a few quilts I have in the works.

(Yes, I am sure Sid will come looking for me in my basment craft room)

Anyway. I couldn't decide on colors, a theme, a style. BUT finally I narrowed things down and with the help of Mama101 and McHottie throwing in her opinion...a decision was made!

Going to get almost all of the cushions redone in a nice beige fabric
(you can see it in the photo above, there is a small square print to it).

A nice fabric with a Kelly Green design is going to be in the sitting area
(top photo has the fabric in it).

And pops of bright pink (Fuchsia) will be accents in the sleeping area
(going to create some pillows).

And the vintage touch I wanted...is going to be lemon print curtains.

It might not look like it will all go together but I am hoping and praying it does.

Oh and this means I def need to paint the inside cabinets as none of this matches French Blue.

I guess now is the time to start learning how to sew.

  1. LOVE your choices! Paint those cabinets a fresh coat of white and get some great hardwear...it's going to look awesome!
