Pam101 got some sad news this week. My 95 year old Grandmother passed away. She had been sick a long time so we all knew it was coming. Pam101 is headed to PA for a few days…I will still be posting but probably not as much as usual. It is family time. I am preparing myself for lots and lots of hugs and kisses from Lucy and me giving millions more back to her and Baby Will…oh and I also get to visit with McMommy’s newest addition, baby Logan.
Babies are born…people pass away…life is a bittersweet roller coaster. Let’s all pull down the safety bar and enjoy every high and low of it!
Most people know Paul Reubens for one role: Pee-wee Herman. In the latest issue of Details Magazine, he opens up about his constant obsession: "I am constantly hoping that, like, I'm still relevant at all." It makes sense. The 57-year-old actor is about to don the skinny suit again to perform as Pee-wee for the first time in 19 years -- starring in an elaborate live show. He just hopes people will come. "What I'm trying to prove now is that I still have it, I'm still around--I still am Pee-wee Herman, and Pee-wee Herman is still funny." he said.
After appearances by guest judges Eva Longoria Parker, Rebecca Romijn, Lindsay Lohan and Christina Aguilera, Cindy Crawford will share her fashion expertise, joining Heidi Klum and company on the judges’ panel on the next episode of Project Runway.

McMommy just called to say that Spicy Curry just sent her the cutest baby gift! I will agree it is pretty damn cute! It is a bucket full of rolled up baby clothes...collectively the Pam101 fans go "aaawwwwwww"
NEW YORK — Tom Hanks is down with the single ladies.
Hanks first racked his brain when asked for his favorite tune of 2009 while backstage at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's 25th anniversary concert Thursday.
Then, the song came to him – though he didn't know all the words.
"Dada-dada ring on it! Dada-dada ring on it!" he sang, as he tried to remember.
"That is a damn fine song, the Beyonce song ... because it's infectious," the 53-year-old actor said of Beyonce's No. 1 smash, "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It.)"
Hanks said "Single Ladies" resonates with him because that's what he told his wife, actress Rita Wilson, when they first met: "I'm gon' put a ring on that finger. I'm gon' take that thing home."
LOS ANGELES – The U.S. Coast Guard and Navy were searching early Friday for as many as nine people off the Southern California coast following a collision between a Coast Guard plane and a Marine Corps helicopter, officials said.
The crash was reported at 7:10 p.m. Thursday, about 50 miles off the San Diego County coast and 15 miles east of San Clemente Island, Coast Guard spokeswoman Petty Officer Allyson Conroy said.
A pilot reported seeing a fireball near where the aircraft collided, Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Ian Gregor said, and the Coast Guard informed the FAA that debris from a C-130 had been spotted. Seven people were on board the plane, a C-130, and two people were aboard the helicopter, he said.
White House officials, under pressure from the economy's continuing job losses, plan to announce Friday that President Barack Obama's $787 billion stimulus plan "has created and saved at least 1 million jobs" since he signed it in February.
Martha Stewart has some great templates for you to use if you will be carving a pumpkin this Halloween (I am thinking I should have posted this a while back since most of you have carved your pumpkin already). Better late than never. CLICK HERE for some pumpkin carving help!
So, it looks like Robert Pattinson will be Vanity Fair's cover boy for December. Hope no one steals my copy. I don't think anyone in my condo building cares that much about Twilight and him other than me...they all are "grown-up's" oh'wait... I am supposed to be one too. Sigh.
In AOL's Just So You Know Awards – an online poll in which the site's tween and teen readers voted for their favorite stars – New Moon's resident werewolf, Taylor Lautner, beat out immortal vampire Robert Pattinson by nabbing 56 percent of the votes in the categories of favorite male movie star and cool guy you'd like to hang out with.
But with all of the adoration heaped on Twilight, voters found little love for Disney phenom Miley Cyrus, named worst celeb influence over such polarizing stars as Britney Spears and Kanye West.
LOS ANGELES — Dennis Hopper has been diagnosed with prostate cancer and is canceling all travel plans to focus on treatment, his manager said Thursday.
The 73-year-old actor and artist is being treated through a "special program" at the University of Southern California, said Sam Maydew.
Asked about Hopper's prognosis, Maydew said, "We're hoping for the best." He would not elaborate on the actor's condition.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi unveiled a health reform bill Thursday that would cost $894 billion over 10 years and includes a public option. It meets President Obama’s goal of not adding to the federal deficit, cutting the deficit by about $30 billion in the first 10 years.
BERLIN — Achtung, baby: U2 will play a free concert in Berlin to help the city celebrate 20 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall.
Music network MTV said the Irish rockers will perform in front of the Brandenburg Gate on Nov. 5 during the MTV Europe Music Awards
The show will be beamed into the awards ceremony at Berlin's O2 World arena.

The wall fell Nov. 9, 1989, ending almost 30 years of separation between east and west.
It's an equal-opportunity family for Mark Wahlberg, who's expecting his fourth child with wife Rhea Durham.
"I'm having another girl," Mark Wahlberg told PEOPLE at GQ's The Gentleman's Ball at New York's Edison Ballroom on Wednesday. "So I'll have two girls and two boys."
But four is probably enough for the Boston native, 38.
"I'm the youngest of nine, and my dad has a few others. No, four is enough," he said.
Former television game show host Bob Barker, who ended episodes of "The Price is Right" by asking viewers to spay and neuter their pets, donated $1 million to Drury University to establish a professorship on animal rights that he hopes will lead to a full undergraduate degree program.
Barker, who graduated from the small liberal arts school in 1947 with a degree in economics, said Tuesday that he hopes the school will eventually be able to offer a program of studies that would train them to be animal rights activists and to respect animals.
"I think some students would become full-fledged animal rights activists," Barker said. "Some will become lawyers and doctors who will always be interested in animal rights. And some will have more respect for animals."
DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. — Standing in the pre-dawn darkness, President Barack Obama saw the real cost of the war in Afghanistan: The Americans who return in flag-covered cases while much of the nation sleeps in peace.
In a midnight dash to this Delaware base, where U.S. forces killed overseas come home, Obama honored the return of 18 fallen Americans Thursday. All were killed this week in Afghanistan, a brutal stretch that turned October into the most deadly month for U.S. troops since the war began.
The dramatic image of Obama on the tarmac was a portrait not witnessed in years. Former President George W. Bush spent lots of time with grieving military families but never went to Dover to greet the remains coming off the cargo plane. Obama did so with the weight of knowing he may soon send more troops off to war.
For all the talk of his potential troop increase – maybe 40,000, maybe some other large figure – Obama got a grim reminder of the number that counts: one.
His name was Dale R. Griffin, an Army sergeant from Terre Haute, Ind. He was the last fallen soldier to come before Obama. And his remains were the only ones to be honored in full view of the media with the permission of his family. A ban on such coverage was lifted this year under Obama's watch.

InTouch Weekly is reporting that Jon Gosselin and Octomom are to date on a reality show
According to former Cheaters producer Bobby Goldstein, Jon has agreed to star in a cheesy new reality show in which he'll date Octomom Nadya Suleman, who called Jon "hot" recently. "I heard that Nadya has an insatiable desire to spend time with Jon and to put their families together," Goldstein tells In Touch. "And I had the idea that this could be a very entertaining fiasco." The pilot, to be called Jon - Kate = Jon + Octomom and produced by Goldstein and a former producer of The Jerry Springer Show, will follow Jon "as he contemplates what hooking up with Octomom could really be like," a press release obtained by In Touch states. "He's totally creeped out by the idea that if they got married, they'd have 22 kids."
J.C. and I had a funny (well I think it is funny) email exchange. Please enjoy!

BERLIN (AFP) – US former supermodel Cindy Crawford says she would have little chance of making it big in the fashion business today with her curvy figure, a German celebrity magazine reported Tuesday.
"I would not have become a supermodel in 2009. I look too healthy," Crawford told Bunte.
"A body like mine with big breasts, normal thighs and toned upper arms" is no longer what the industry is looking for, she said.
Crawford, 43, said she was happy with her physique but worried about the effects of ageing like wrinkles and bulges.
"That's why I like being in my 40s so much -- being at peace with yourself, knowing about your strengths beyond being pretty," she said.
Crawford, known for her trademark beauty spot above her upper lip, briefly studied chemical engineering before becoming one of the world's most popular cover girls in the 1980s and 1990s.
ELKINS, W.Va. — A team of Bigfoot enthusiasts is hoping to find the legendary creature in the bogs and barrens of a West Virginia wilderness area.
Members of Sasquatch Watch of Virginia went camping in the rugged Allegheny Mountain highlands of the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area with GPS navigators, cameras, voice recorders and plaster of Paris to make casts of huge footprints.
First Lady Michelle Obama graces the cover of Glamour for its latest issue. Mrs. Obama opens up to Katie Couric in the magazine about mentoring, her role models, keeping her sanity and dealing with critics of her appearance.
"People are always going to have opinions, and people have a right to their opinions, particularly when you're the First Lady; you're representing the nation. So I can't be surprised that people are interested. But I've tried to be at peace with the choices that I make first, and then be open to everyone else's reflection," she says.
With New Moon ready to rise in theaters Nov. 20, director Chris Weitz wants it known: He is going to try to make you cry.
"We've tried our best to deliver on the romantic scenes in the film, and I would like to be able to produce more tears than any movie before, if possible," Weitz told PEOPLE at the Hollywood Film Festival's Hollywood Awards Monday of capturing moments in the Twilight saga's love triangle. "If we could only weigh them with some kind of cubic tear measure!"
How does New Moon differ from Twilight?
You know, Twilight was an independent movie. It was shot very documentary style, the way Catherine [Hardwicke, Twilight’s director] shoots. It has a rawness to it, which I think is nice. New Moon’s a little bit crisper, it has a little bit more of a studio feel, but it still has that edge.
As the patriarch of the Cullen clan, have you assumed a similar fatherly role with the cast?
You know, on Twilight I feel like they looked to me as the father figure, but because we became so close, I’m more of an older brother now.
What would you say is the one major thing that has changed about your life since starting the franchise?
I’m traveling a lot more than I used to and interacting with a lot more people. The fan base on this, I don’t know how else to explain it … it’s a cultural phenomenon. People will actually hop on a plane to see you. Sometimes I do these charity events, and people fly in to come and see me. I’m just really, really impressed with [the fan] dedication to these books and to the movies. I’ve always had a fan base with the work I’ve done, but never as rabid as this.

Patrick Swayze's widow Lisa Niemi spoke from the heart Tuesday about losing her husband just six weeks ago, telling a women’s conference that the loss “is like an animal all of its own” and the sadness could be felt “on a cellular level.”
"When the grief takes you, it's like your body is not your own,” Niemi, who was married to the actor for 34 years, said during a roundtable discussion on Grief, Healing and Resilience at the Women's Conference 2009 in Long Beach, Calif. “I'm just going with the flow. I know I have to go through it."
I got an email yesterday from my BFF in PA. Things to know prior to reading email...Logan is Dana's brand new baby boy...Here is her email.
"So my dad and I were emailing back and forth about how Logan is doing. He said that my mom said Logan has his legs (skinny bird legs) and that his up-all-night routine is like Grant (which we have always called his Vampire Impression) So my dad wrote back that Logan could be a "Vampire with Bird Legs" and could someday be your AM Hotness for the Day! :) Cracked me up....you definitely have a fan of your blog in the Q's house!"
So, I didn't know if the AM Hotness should be Vampire Logan with bird legs or Pappa Q reading my blog. I am going to go with...Vampire Logan's baby bird legs.

WASHINGTON — First lady Michelle Obama will attend Game 1 of the World Series between the New York Yankees and the Philadelphia Phillies on Wednesday night.
Mrs. Obama's office announced Tuesday that she will be joined at Yankee Stadium by the vice president's wife, Jill Biden.
Major League Baseball is dedicating Game 1 to veterans and their families. Both Mrs. Obama and Mrs. Biden spend time visiting with military families and talking about the sacrifices they make for the country.
Earlier Wednesday, Mrs. Obama and Mrs. Biden are scheduled to join New York Yankees players when they visit patients at a veterans' medical center in the Bronx.
* 1 roasting chicken, weighing about 3½ pounds
* 1 tablespoon salt
* ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
* A few sprigs thyme or marjoram
Remove any organs from the cavity and reserve for another use. Rinse the bird with cold water and pat dry. Liberally salt and pepper the entire bird, inside the cavity and all over the surface, including the back, wings, and inner and outer thighs. Carefully loosen the skin from the breast meat with your index finger. Stuff tender sprigs of thyme or marjoram under the skin. Tie the legs together with butcher’s twine. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator at least 1 hour before roasting. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the chicken, breast up, in a roasting pan or earthenware baking dish, and roast for 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F, and cook for another 45 minutes, turning the bird twice during the cooking, so each wing side is up in turn. This will circulate the juices and fat and keep the meat moist. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Reggie Love isn’t the only person in the White House who knows a thing or two about the Obamas. Enter Kristen Jarvis.
Renegade, Renaissance, Radiance and Rosebud, better known as the Obamas (Barack, Michelle, Malia and Sasha, respectively), were off on Marine One, which meant Kristen Jarvis could relax, briefly. Moments after the first family were whisked off to their vacation in Martha’s Vineyard, Jarvis, special assistant for scheduling and traveling aide for the first lady, took a breather in her East Wing office. Through her indefatigable smile, she ticked off the items that Michelle Obama needed on the presidential campaign trail last year: several Sharpies, her BlackBerry, Oreo cookies and hand sanitizer. “There’s no time to get sick,” says Jarvis, referring to her boss and herself. “You’re on call.”
