Beef Bourguignon for Ariel's party!

Cracking open my Mastering the Art of French Cooking and attempting to make Boeuf Bourguignon. Here are some snaps!

I took out the beef & bacon and then browned onions and
carrots. Added beef bacon to it.


Adding a good red to the beef, bacon, carrots and
onion mixture. Then into the over for 3 hours!
